Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
✔ Item must be unused and in original packaging  
✔ Must include proof of purchase  

Non-returnable items:
✖ Used or damaged products  
✖ Items without original packaging  

Refund Process:
• Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be processed within 5-7 working days  
• Refund will be credited to original payment method or bank account (for COD orders)

Return Shipping:
• Customer may need to bear return shipping charges (if applicable)
